⏳ GRACE PERIOD POLICY
We understand that unforeseen events can happen. To accommodate minor delays, each scheduled ride includes a 10-minute grace period.
If the passenger has not arrived within 10 minutes (and no wait time was pre-arranged), the trip may be marked as a NO SHOW.
If our schedule allows, we may wait beyond the grace period at a charge of $1.00 per minute, up to 30 minutes maximum.
If the ride must be rescheduled for any reason, a new pickup fee will apply.

Ambulatory & Wheelchair Transport:
✅ Cancellation > 24 hours in advance: Refund of deposit, minus $35 processing fee.
❗ Cancellation < 24 hours in advance: Full $40 deposit is non-refundable.
🚫 Cancellation < 2 hours of trip or failure to notify: Charged full one-way mileage + one-way pickup fee for requested transport.
Gurney/Stretcher Transport:
✅ Cancellation > 24 hours: Charged $50 flat fee.
❗ Cancellation < 24 hours: Charged $100 flat fee.
🚫 Cancellation < 2 hours or no notification: Charged $175 flat rate (no-show).
🚷 NO SHOW DEFINITION
A trip is considered a NO SHOW when:
The driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location,
The client either refuses or is unable to go,
And we were not informed in advance.
📝 Charges for NO SHOW:
One-way mileage fee plus
One-way pickup fee, based on transport method (ambulatory, wheelchair, or gurney)
